JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the IPC. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by accused persons by administering poison to her. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are Gotanis of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and property with the husband of the deceased. It is further submitted that from perusal of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27342 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 impugned order, it appears that the deceased had consumed poison on her own.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 125/2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Madhepura, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
