The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 23.02.2016 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 39324 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 15.05.2015, the petitioner is an old man and there is no specific allegation against him. The learned A.P.P. submits that earlier the petitioner has been convicted under section 302 of the I.P.C. vide Sessions Trial No. 341 of 2006 and he has been sentenced for life. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of the bail, again prayer of the bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, considering the detention of the petitioner
