The State Government has issued notification no. 1109 dated 12.4.2017 whereby the State Government has accepted the B.Ed. degree obtained from the University of Jammu & Kashmir as valid.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent to follow their own notification dated 12.4.2017 while taking the decision for appointment of teachers treating the B.Ed. degree as valid. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
