For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Dhananjay Kumar Upadhyay, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr. Dharamveer, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner as well as the respondent.
It appears that the amendment petition filed by the plaintiff-petitioner was rejected as nobody turned up to press the said petition.
From the report of learned court below, it appears that the matter is pending for framing issues.
In view of above facts, I do not find any illegality in the impugned order requiring any interference. This writ application is devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner may file amendment petition before the court below which shall be considered on its own merit. (Sanjay Kumar, J) Harish/- U
