JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the informant as well as learned counsel for the State. This application is for grant of regular bail for the offence under Sections 304 (B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and no overt act has been alleged against the petitioner.

From perusal of Para 31 of the case diary, it will appear that relationship between the deceased and the other family members was co-ordial and the petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48463 of 2016 (3) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the information also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2016, who is father-in-law of the deceased, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No.34 of 2016.
