====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Agam Kuan P.S. Case No. 10/2016, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. His name has come merely on suspicion. It is further submitted that co-accused Chiku @ Ashish Singh has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 42244/2018 dated 19.07.2018.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64678 of 2018 (2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna in connection with Agam Kuan P.S. Case No. 10/2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
