The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Parties No. 2 to 12 by the Sessions Judge, West Champaran, in A.B.P. No. 9431 of 2015 arising out of Bagaha (Pathakhauli) P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015 by an order dated 21.5.2015 on merits of the case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28660 of 2015 (2) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 Since the Senior Judicial Officer had considered the merits of the case and, thereafter, granted bail to the Opposite Parties.

I find no reason for setting aside the said order on such frivolous grounds.

Hence, the application stands rejected.
