This petition has been filed for initiating contempt against the respondents for having disobeyed the order passed by this Court on 26.02.2019.

Patna High Court MJC No.2903 of 2019(5) dt.29-09-2021 2/3 The order clearly stipulates that in the event of the petitioner making a fresh representation before the concerned authority, that shall be disposed off by a reasoned order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

The representation of the petitioner has already been disposed off by order dated 07.05.2019.

The aforesaid order has been brought on record by way of show-cause reply.

The learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the order does not take note of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and that it has been passed belatedly, i.e., after the time limit prescribed by this Court.

However, considering the fact that the order of this Court has already been complied with, there would be no justification for keeping this contempt proceeding pending.

The petition is disposed off as having become

Patna High Court MJC No.2903 of 2019(5) dt.29-09-2021 3/3 infructuous.

However, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by the order passed by the concerned authority, he has the liberty to challenge the same before an appropriate forum, if so advised.
