The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 308, 354, 379, 448, 380, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
