2. The S.H.O., Forbesganj has appeared before this Court.

3. The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) To direct the respondent authorities to take action against the accused persons named in the FIR arising out of Farbisganj P.S. Case No.664 dated 22.07.2023 for the offence alleged under Sections 341, 323, 379, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and further in Farbisganj P.S. Case No.51 dated 19.01.2024 for the offence

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1677 of 2024(3) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 alleged under Section 341, 323, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and in Farbisganj P.S. Case No.280 of 2024, dated 17.04.2024 for offence alleged under Section 341, 323, 379, 427, 504, 385, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, wherein, the accused persons named in the FIRs are causing disturbance in peaceful enjoyment of land to the petitioner and causing threat to life and property.

(ii) To direct the respondent authorities to take immediate action and arrest the accused persons named in the FIR, as petitioner is the rightful owner of the said land and report of SubDivisional Magistrate lies in his favour. (iii) To grant protection to the petitioner and his family member from the accused persons wherein, petitioner is being put under constant death threat.

4. On the directions of the S.D.J.M., Araria, the FIRs were registered and final form has been submitted. There may have been delay in registering the FIR. The S.H.O., Forbesganj is directed not to commit such mistakes in future.
