The petitioner seeks bail in Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 27/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 448, 323, 354(A), 354(B), 379, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that other co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 46532/2018 dated 24.08.2018. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 7.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64537 of 2018 (2) dt.26-10-2018 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 27/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
