JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 384, 386, 504 and 506 of the IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that all the accused persons including the petitioner came with arms at Dilli More and told the informant not to ply the service of Nirala Bus and closed the main road. Thereafter, the police came and pacified the matter. It is further alleged that the accused persons abused the informant, assaulted, demanded ransom and snatched Rs. 15,000/- and also

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from perusal of annexure-2, it appears that it is a dispute between two transport agencies in respect to timing of bus on the particular route. It is submitted that the present case is outburst of annexure2. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Darbhanga, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
