The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner were assaulting husband of informant by iron rod and when informant came to save her husband, this petitioner assaulted her by iron rod causing rupture injury on her head.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is own brother of husband of informant and due to family feud, scuffle took place. Injury caused by the petitioner to informant has been found to be simple in nature.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52239 of 2022(2) dt.20-10-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature of accusation, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 144 of 2022, G.R. Case No. 2458 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
