The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 379, 420, 406, 467 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner got a sale deed registered from his son Md. Farid who is mentally ill. It is submitted that consideration money was paid. It appears that son of the informant registered the sale deed. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioners, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be

Case No. 178 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
