The petitioner, Dilip Kumar Singh, is in custody since 13.05.2016 in Raxaul P.S. Case No.89 of 2016 under Section 25(1-b)a/26/27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of this petitioner, only one mobile phone have been recovered. In similarly situated case, the other co-accused, namely, Sandeep Kumar Patel has already been granted regular bail by this Court today.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, I direct that the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No.89 of 2016.
