1. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 17.05.2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No.17981 of 2023, the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Aurangabad, has already disposed off Miscellaneous (Arms) Case No.69 of 2024, filed by the petitioners, by an order dated 17.08.2024, rejecting the claim of the petitioners for grant of arms license.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid order dated 17.08.2024, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
