2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 111 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 310(2) of B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, four unknown miscreants are alleged to have committed loot of pick-up van loaded with hen and mobile phones of the informant after making him and his associates, hostages.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50833 of 2025(3) dt.15-10-2025 2/3 this case. The name of the petitioner has sprung up in this case on mere suspicion. No T.I.P. has been conducted by the prosecution. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2025. The co-accused person has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 18.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49273 of 2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has confessed his involvement in the alleged offence. It is further submitted that as per para-5 of the case diary, mentioned in the impugned order dated 24.06.2025, there is recovery of car, country-made pistol used in alleged loot and looted mobile phones are recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50833 of 2025(3) dt.15-10-2025 3/3 concerned, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 111 of 2025.
7. The application stands allowed.
