The present writ petition has been filed for seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus to reasonably and uniformly consider the case of the petitioner and the land offered by him under Group-I as it is in line with the advertisement and

A query has been put to the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. whether its internal mechanism for grievance redressal is functional, the answer is in affirmative.

The petitioner is ready to invoke this mechanism. In case, he does so within a period of two weeks, the grievances of the petitioner raised in the present petition shall be considered by the Forum objectively within a period of six weeks thereof.

The present writ petition stands disposed off.
