During course of vehicle checking, one Sumo was intercepted. Seeing the police, the occupants began to flee and during course thereof, three persons were apprehended and disclosed their identity as Niraj Kumar Singh, Raj Kumar Yadav @ Rinku, Bablu Kumar Bhagat, the petitioner. They have also disclosed names of their associate as Akhilesh Yadav and Rupesh Yadav. Furthermore, on search of vehicle, 78 litres of whisky and 03 litres of King Fisher Beer, apart from other items in tune with seizure list were seized. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as is evident from Para-3 of the petition and is under custody since 04.07.2016.
