This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Biraul P.S. Case No. 268 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506 and 347/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of dispute and the relationship between the parties, this application is allowed.
