2. The petitioner, a student who claims to have passed B.Com. Hon's in Business Finance, is aggrieved with the action of the respondent, especially the University in not publishing the final result. The petitioner, after successfully passing Intermediate examination took admission in R.D.S. College, Muzaffarpur under Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur in academic session 2020-2023. The petitioner appeared in B.Com. Part-1 examination in academic

Patna High Court CWJC No.12167 of 2025(2) dt.25-09-2025 2/3 session 2020-2021, but on account of her absence in Hindi Composition her result was published in 2022 showing 'promoted' for Part-2 examination, but fail in Hindi. The petitioner further appeared in Part-1 of Hindi Composition and has been declared pass and her result was also published in 2022. Thereafter, the petitioner had cleared all the papers of Part-2 and Part-3. Consequent to the aforesaid facts, the marks sheet of all the examinations have been issued showing pass in all the subjects, but under the remark column, it has been said that Part-1 not applicable.

3. Learned advocate for the University prays for a short adjournment to seek instruction and clarify the position.

4. This Court does not comprehend as to when the petitioner has passed all the examinations, there is no reason/occasion to withhold the certificate of the petitioner if the contention of the petitioner is correct, as stated in the writ petition.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts, instead of keeping the matter pending, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to consider the claim of the petitioner and publish the final result of B.Com. Hon's in Business Finance, if there is no impediment otherwise,

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
