Having perused the pleadings in the writ petition, which has been filed, in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, and upon hearing learned counsel for the parties concerned, we dispose of this application with a direction to respondent No.2, namely, District Magistrate, Jamui, to make an enquiry into the grievances raised
Patna High Court CWJC No.9135 of 2015 (2) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 by the petitioner and take necessary steps in accordance with law. The whole exercise, so directed shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by respondent No.2, namely, District Magistrate, Jamui. The petitioner may furnish to respondent No.2, namely, District Magistrate, Jamui, a copy of this writ petition, which has been filed in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, along with annexures thereto and also a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision, which may be taken by respondent No.2, namely, District Magistrate, Jamui, the petitioner shall remain at liberty to take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible. In terms of the above observations and directions, this application shall stand disposed of.
