Petitioners seek bail in Barachatti P.S. Case No.821 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are brother-in-law (Bhaisur) and sister-in-law (Gotani) of the deceased. Husband has not been made accused in the case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners in the written report that they have killed daughter of the informant by putting rope around her neck. Petitioners are in custody since 24.04.2018 and 18.04.2018 respectively.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Barachatti P.S.
