It has been argued on behalf of the petitioner that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner in this case except the confessional statement before the police. The petitioner is accused in another cases. He is in custody since 12.04.2016. Learned APP also did not controvert the allegation and the petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and also considering the confessional statement that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM IV,
