Five litres of country made wine as well as 20 Kgs of Mahua were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner is under custody since 23.09.2016 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para-3 thereof. Accordingly, petitioner, Chandmuni Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj, Distt-Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. C-87(7) of 2016 corresponding to Excise Case No. 103 of 2016.
