Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 188 of 2018 for the offence under sections 409, 419, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the prosecution case he submits that in fact Kishan Vikash Patra submitted on behalf of the petitioner for procuring loan of Rs. 5,44000/- was found to be forged and was in fact not deposited by the petitioner. The husband of the petitioner of the petitioner was duped in the matter and in good faith the Kishan Vikash Patra has been submitted as security for procuring loan.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner and her

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VI, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 188 of 2018 on the condition that the petitioner repay the load amount of Rs. 5,44000/- in 10 equal monthly installments as well as the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The Court below will make the provisional bail absolute on payment of entire loan amount of Rs. 5,44000/-. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
