Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, his name has surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Mithlesh Kumar @ Afat from whose possession counterfeit notes were recovered. Petitioner was arrested from his house but nothing was recovered from his house. Moreover, one co-accused Dhananjay Singh, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by the learned trial court itself. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
