The petitioner seeks bail in Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 607 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

76.50 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from motorcycle of the petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Motorcycle in question does not belong to this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
