The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 341, 384, 379, 144, 506, 427, 448, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners and other coaccused persons took away all the wheat crops of the informant and on protest being raised the informant was assaulted and the crop of the informant was set on fire.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence and the petitioners' case has been registered under section 307 and other

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27709 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of accusation and counter version of the occurrence, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
