Also heard learned counsel for informant.

Petitioner is said to have given Katta blow to the informant as well as her son. The informant was initially examined by a doctor of Primary Health Centre, who found one injury on her scalp and on her request, the informant was referred to higher institution for treatment. However, it is admitted by learned counsel for the informant that after the above stated reference, the informant got herself admitted in a private nursing home and the doctor of private nursing home found the injury grievous in nature on her person. The petitioner happens to be own elder brother-in-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45625 of 2016 (2) dt.20-10-2016 2/2 law of the informant and is languishing in jail custody since 28.07.2016. The occurrence appears to have taken place on account of family feud.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S.Case No. 31 of 2016.
