1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.1775 of 2022(2) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 opposite parties, by referring to the show cause filed in the present case that after deducting the statutory amount from the total bill of a sum of Rs.1,99,538/-, a sum of Rs.1,81,379/- has already stood paid to the petitioner, hence no dues are outstanding for payment, as far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. We find that no rejoinder has been filed by the petitioner to the show cause, meaning thereby that the aforesaid contention raised by the Ld. Counsel for the opposite parties stand unrefuted.

3. In view of the aforesaid, we find that the admitted outstanding amount due to be paid to the petitioner has stood paid. Thus, the order dated 13.04.2022, passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.3858 of 2022 has stood complied with, hence nothing survives for consideration in the present contempt petition.

4. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
