The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 308, 323, 325, 341, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation levelled against the petitioners is that they have only snatched a chain and charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 308 of the I.P.C.

Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
