The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the petitioner worked under Superintending Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Patna Circle, Rajbanshi Nagar, Patna, District-Patna and the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Patna, East Circle, Near Bhartiya Nritya Kala Mandir, Patna-1, DistrictPatna but due to inadvertence, the name of respondent Nos.5
Patna High Court MJC No.2896 of 2019(3) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 and 6 in place of the Superintending Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Patna Circle, Rajbanshi Nagar, Patna, District-Patna and the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Patna, East Circle, Near Bhartiya Nritya Kala Mandir, Patna-1, District-Patna, it has wrongly typed as the Superintending Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Saharsa Circle, District-Saharsa and the Executive Engineer, Public Health Division, Saharsa. Having considered the facts, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the names of respondent Nos.5 and 6 in the cause title during the course of the day. The order stands modified accordingly. This modification petition is allowed.
