The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 395/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, informant's tractor loaded with sand was looted away by some unidentified miscreants.

Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. Save & except confessional statement, there is no other material against this petitioner to show his complicity in the aforesaid crime. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 793 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
