2. The petitioner seek regular bail in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 81 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, unknown criminals have committed the loot of one laptop. The petitioner's name has come during investigation and he is in jail since 22.02.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without prejudice to his case the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. 25,000/- to make good the loss of the informant.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of allegation and also period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 81 of 2022.

8. The bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted only after he deposits a bank draft of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) in the name of the informant. The draft shall be released in favour of the informant. The aforesaid deposit is without prejudice to the case of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
