This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kako P.S. Case No. 171 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 354, 307, 504

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9701 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation has been made that petitioners had tried to molest the girl and thereafter on being protest, they assaulted the prosecution side and because of that assault one Tetri Devi sustained injury and subsequently died.

In such circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
