2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 384, 504, 506, 354(B), 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have given sword blow on head of father of the informant. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case. Both parties are covillagers. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. However, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55109 of 2023(2) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 1071 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
