Petitioner seeks bail in Majhauliya P.S. Case No.285 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413, 414 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that Guddu Kumar in his confessional statement has taken name of this petitioner. The police on such confession is said to have recovered three motorcycles from the house of this petitioner. One of the motorcycles belongs to him for which he has valid paper, which has been annexed as Annexure-2. It is further submitted that rest two motorcycles does not belong to him, which have been illegally shown to be recovered from the house
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66209 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 of the petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2018 having clean antecedents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.285 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
