Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,326,379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner allegedly caused firearm injury at the thigh of Aman Kumar. Petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. There is no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence.
Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge so that the trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10202 of 2021(3) dt.13-08-2021 2/2 below where the case is pending in connection with Supplementary Mansi Police Station Case No.134 of 2020 with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the framing of the charge provided all the accused persons fully cooperate.
