JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One cartridge and some other articles were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others was caught by the police from I.T.I. Hostel. The police registered the case against the petitioner and others for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act. Moreover, co-accused, Rajeev Kumar @ Rajeev Yadav, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36271 of 2016 (2) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 62 of 2016.
