Petitioners seek bail in Case No.144 (O) of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that total 38.040 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioners.

Petitioners are in custody since 01.09.2018.
