Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 IPC.

There is land dispute between the parties and land possession certificate issued in favour of the petitioners shows bonafide claim of the petitioners over the land. There is case and counter case. General and omnibus allegation is there of commission of assault.

Perused the injury report.

Considering the facts aforesaid and completion of investigation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10224 of 2021(2) dt.29-06-2021 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dhanaha Police Station Case No.203 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
