The petitioner seeks bail in Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 291/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 272 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Eleven pouches of country-made liquor each containing 200 m.l. was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail since 25.08.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
