Petitioner seeks bail in Sikty P.S. Case No.130 of 2018 (Special Case No.912 of 2018) instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that 72 litres Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63514 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No.130 of 2018 (Special Case No.912 of 2018), subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
