JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 05-03-2018 We are informed that during the course of hearing with regard to the action taken for terminating the contract of appointment and the petitioner having already raised his grievance before the statutory authority and the matter is now pending consideration before the said authority and it would be for the authority to pass a final order after hearing all concerned. In view of the above, no indulgence is called for.

After a decision is taken by the statutory authority, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take recourse to an appropriate remedy afresh in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty and observation, this appeal is disposed of.
