2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 110, 303(2), 74, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 35/2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and it is alleged to have assaulted the informant by Tengari causing injury on head. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that even presuming what has been alleged is to be not admitting and the blow was not repeated.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that no doubt the blow was not repeated but then from perusal of the order impugned it would manifest that the injury suffered by the injured is grievous in nature and is on vital part of the body.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned APP, this Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Satyavrat Verma, J) krishna/- U T
