Petitioner is accused in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015 registered under Sections 498A, 304B, 120B/34 of the I.P.C.
The accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, who happens to be elder brother of husband of the deceased, has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that husband of the deceased namely, Gaya Yadav has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 36328 of 2016 on 05.12.2016. It is

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., VI, Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S.
