This application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S.Case No.32 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 304, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing is made out against the petitioner. From the FIR itself, it appears that in the night, the deceased was coming from the upper floor but he fell down and died. There is nothing against the petitioner except that he is a Contractor of the work.

Having heard both sides. In view of the facts as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or

No.54818 of 2016 (2) dt.31-01-2017 2/2 surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S.Case No.32 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that he shall co-operate in the investigation of the case and make himself available as and when required by the police.
