Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 18795 of 2015.

Without going into the nitty-gritty of the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.4 to examine the case of the petitioner in the light

Patna High Court CWJC No.15477 of 2014(10) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 of the judgment of this court dated 31.01.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18795 of 2015 and if the case of the petitioner on verification is found similar to the case of petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 18795 of 2015, similar benefit should be extended to the petitioner also. Final decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent no.4 within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
