The petitioners seek bail in Barauni P.S. Case No. 312/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 472, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioners were apprehended and it is alleged that the petitioners were working as security guards and holding guns. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in jail since 19.08.2016. Similarly situated coaccused Santosh Kumar Pandey has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44669/2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48260 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 2/2 named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 312/2016.
